    Open a Terminal Shell emulator window
    (Press “Enter” to Execute Commands)

     - Open Terminal
    Right-Click on Desktop and choose Terminal.
    And update the Apt Repos with:
    sudo apt update

    Run:

    sudo apt-get install cups cups-client system-config-printer
