   Then Extract VMware Tools into /tmp Directory
   If it does Not Open automatically then Double-Click/Right-Click to Open with Archive Manager:

   
   Or from Command Line:

   tar xvzf ~/run/media/root/VMware*/VMware*.tar.gz -C /tmp/

3. 3. Installing VMware Tools

   Then to Install VMware Tools
   First, access the Target Folder with:

   cd /tmp/vmware-tools*

   Possibly Login as the Root User:

   sudo su

   And then simply run:

   ./vmware-install.pl

   Confirm all the proposed Configuration, and in few Time the Setup should be successfully achieved:
