   Then to Install SmartGit Client
   Access the Target Folder:

   cd ~/Downloads

   Then to Check is there:

   ls . | grep smartgit

   The grep Command Refine the output List showing only the entries Matching the Keyword.
   (But if you are in Trouble to Find the Location on Terminal then See: How to Access Downloads Folder from Browser.)
   Finally, to Install it:

   sudo gdebi ./smartgit*.deb

   If No GDebi then First, to Setup it:

   sudo apt install gdebi-core gdebi
