How to Install Android Studio Fedora 30 Easy Guide

  1. Install Recommended Oracle Java JDK on Linux Fedora

  2. 6. Installing

    Next to Install Android Studio IDE
    Set the SuperUser as owner:

    sudo chown -R root:root /tmp/android-studio

    Then Switch the Contents with:

    sudo mv /tmp/android-studio /opt
  3. 7. Setting Up Path

    Furthermore, Set the Android SDK Path
    Edit the User Bash configuration file:

    nano ~/.bashrc


    export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/Android/Sdk/tools:$HOME/Android/Sdk/platform-tools:$HOME/Android/Sdk/tools/bin:/opt/android-studio/bin

    Just Replace [user] with Your User name
    Ctrl+x to Save & Exit from nano editor :)
    And finally, load the New Path simply with:


    This Setup will be useful after the First launch of Android Studio IDE and the Installation of Android SDK Tools…
